I've had a few products from this company and their customer service and communication is excellent. In addition, their prices are competitive against the same high quality/luxury products found elsewhere with the added bonus of the fact you're dealing with an independent business and the personal service that this offers. Exceptional service from start to finish. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call after putting my order to give me more information about delivery time frame and asking me if I was happy with it. The customer service is very responsive and have been very helpful. Also, very impressed with the delivery team who assembled the furniture and put it where I asked them to. All in all, top class online furniture shop and one that I will go back to.
