Rustic Oak

Established in 2005, Rustic Oak has grown from a sole trader business into a respected limited company renowned for its handcrafted bespoke oak furniture. Our team of skilled craftsmen, led by founder Nick Halls and supported by Rebecca Halls, combines decades of experience with a passion for creating unique, durable pieces that enhance both traditional and contemporary homes. Every item in our Oak Beam Range is made to order, allowing customers to customise sizes, styles, and finishes to their exact requirements. Our workshop in Chelmsford, Essex, serves as both a production hub and showroom, where clients can view samples and discuss their projects directly with our team. We pride ourselves on using sustainably sourced oak, offering four standard finishes while accommodating custom requests to ensure each piece complements the client's decor.

With a focus on quality, our furniture requires minimal maintenance yet lasts generations, evidenced by testimonials praising our precision, service, and transformative designs. We maintain transparency through clear communication, lead time updates, and detailed care guidelines, ensuring clients feel confident in their investment. Our commitment to excellence has earned us a loyal customer base across the UK, who appreciate our dedication to meeting individual needs without compromising on craftsmanship.
