I'm appalled at the quality of their furniture and customer service. I bought a flat pack chest of drawers from Own Furniture and they're unusable, despite being built correctly. I've had to buy another set from a different company. The drawers don't sit straight; they don't close or open properly, and fall out whenever they're even slightly opened. They're easily the poorest quality item I've ever bought, and they weren't especially cheap.
I'm very disappointed. I've been in contact with the customer service team several times to request a collection and refund, and they're giving me every excuse not to do anything about it. I've sent multiple photos and videos showing how bad the drawers are, and I'm being palmed off time and time again. I'm seeking advice from the Chartered Trading Standards Institute and my bank, because I've clearly been ripped off by this scam company.
